Yes I have had a heart attack, and I am still standing as the song goes on. Or lets get funny and say I will survive. LOL Sorry but I have changed a little bit and I am doing my best to update you all on many things. I am still doing the coin reviews, and I am still making silver bullion. However I am going to liquidate some of my bullion because of this new medication. I need to ensure I have a full supply for a long time.

Thank you Eliza, I apologise for not seeing or noticing this message earlier. It was buried in my website. I have since lost over 4 stone or 61 lbs. My heart is strong but I still am working on my blood pressure. Mounjaro has really helped and I think it has added years to my life. I was always active until my accident which is why I gained so much weight.
